Buckle beam burn-in socket

Buckling Beam Contact has been used widely and successfully for finer pitch packages, 0.5mm pitch and below, and especially good for lower ball height packages. The buckle beam contact has been proven its stable and reliable contact to ball interconnection. For socket mounting, OKins buckling beam contact burn-in socket is available in both through hole and compression mounting.

One of the biggest challenges in burn-in sockets would be the super fine pitch solution, OKins is now able to support volume production of 0.3mm pitch sockets and even 0.25mm pitch.
